You may close your pegasusph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Upon termination for cause, pegasusph may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, balances may be frozen indefinitely pending resolution by the relevant authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
